I'm overwhelmed with frustration! I purchased my new N-95 from ExoticPhone.com and they send me a VODAPHONE Italian version which they represented as the same as the American version except for exterior labeling. WRONG! The N-95 has so many optional choices of software uses combined with the browser being set on VODAPHONE's presets makes it more difficult than anyone could imagine. I'm more than disappointed ! Nokia should stand by their phones and set up website info. that can't be missed so the consumer won't get SCREW_ _ as I have. I wish I could start all over again, this is beyond complicated and frustrating. Nokia could simply sell their phones using in house information reps. making the consumers choices more sound and appropriate for the end users specific needs. Once again it seems as if the European system, their streaming video conferencing, and other simple advantages puts the American options 10 steps behind the European marketing of cell phones. You need a marketing team that has the ability to cut throug the red tape and prdvide the American market with a simplified way to market Nokia's phones and services. when is nokia going to make a firmware updater that does it as it should ? ive already updated many phones but lost quite a few aswell and if you call nokia over it they say ITS NOT OUR FAULT ! tha en whos fault is it i followed it to the book how can it be my fault ? answer me that nokia if you can
